We have tacos at least once almost every single week because it's so easy to make and extremely delicious. Never underestimate just how much satisfaction, how much comfort, how much soul and mouth watering yummy-ness there might be in a well-made taco!! *btw, not the best picture... I ran out of inspiration today...
