Perseverance: 365 day 60

** Day 60 (2 months) and I'm still going strong so I thought this would be the perfect picture to capture the 'never give up' attitude I have towards this project. Even in the dead of winter these leaves have decided to hang on and persevere!!

We have tacos at least once almost every single week because it's so easy to make and extremely delicious. So techinaclly I'm breaking the Project 365 rules because I didn't take these today. I took them back in October but I DID edit them today so I figure I'm just bending the rules. And besides, like I said earlier, it is my project so I can bend rules, right?
